Friday my son was in an accident. His first one.

This Bipolar mom took her chill pill, Tylenol (grabbed two for him too) and called grandma for a ride. That was our one car that got smashed.

To all you Bipolar parents… we CAN pull it together (sometimes). This time I was there, on point, for him alone. (Well, then figuring out how to get my daughter to meet us at the hospital and get a rental when we have no extra cash.)

Now, today I have a steroid injection in my lower spine to hopefully remove a massive amount of pain I’m in nearly all the time. I hope it works.

My friends, you all be careful and tell your kids and your partners that you love them every time one of you leaves home. . . You can never know what the future holds.
