I have three amazing kids. As they’ve grown older I explained more about my challenges being Bipolar and what that means in the real world and daily life. I know they intellectually understand, but without being me they will thankfully not fully understand.

I’ve also been more openly reliant on them. Today for example, the urge to spend is strong so I’m sending my kids to go to Walmart. Yeah.
